Wacom pisses me off...

So i had a spat with Wacom...


Hello, Mando again... it's been 2 and a half weeks since I first sent a letter.. I tried being nice, but this is really getting on my nerves. Seriously, dude, I write looking for some sort of answer. Writing letters to other companies, i usually get responses in 3 days tops. 2.5 weeks? What the funk is this? That's bad service, and nothing else. I must say that I thoroughly enjoy your product when it is working like it should. I put $100 down on this (but to most people my age) that ain't hard to come by. Flingin' benjamins is easy for bigwigs, not a 'nobody' living in the back streets of the nowhere part of Texas. That being said, I expect an investment of this nature to work. I use it make art and barely scrape by doing what I can. I put heart and soul into my work and I'd like to see the same dedication from the people I trust with my time/money. this is bullshit. B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T. And now to my problem(s)

First an foremost i got this tablet with a crack in the pen. I'm sure I could have got it replaced, but I didn't and it still works fine, that's not serious.

The tablet usually worked fine on my home computer with the driver only dying bout once every 2 weeks.

Now it's more prominent than effing celebrity sex tapes. It's like 'let's go draw up some- oh fuck...' I swear that listening to kids bitch on myspace isn't THIS annoying. So i gotta go end the process and restart the driver (if not the system.) Then 5 minutes later it pops up again just screaming things like "FAIL" and "AIDS" at me.

I purchased a laptop, running vista... it started great, it always does, then BAM. I try to install the latest driver(5.05-7) and it freezes. I have given up on this driver. So i set my sights on driver 5.03-3. Same thing happened. Always crashes halfway through installation (I learned to save my work after the first time)'. 6 times in about half an hour in fact... And let me tell u something... that pretty much defines that word 'annoying' (which is a synonym for 'wacom', fyi)Anyways, back to my story... So I have Mr. Fail breathing his putrid breath into my face, an I'm looking for something to fix this problem. So it hits me! Uninstall the current driver!!! Nope... compy freezes yet again. By this time, I've had it... Totally ruined my mood and my dinner. Nothing to do but go back to driver 5.01-9, sooo...

Overall, I am severely agitated and not too pleased with the 'being ignored' aspect of this lil shindig. It seems you guys have failed me in every aspect of the word. I said it before, I will say it again. I'm sorry for wanting the best for my product.

And for the record, this letter is being put on myspace, Deviantart, and blogspot. I want this resolved. I want answers. I WANT TO BE HAPPY AGAIN!
